The concept for the new Native Kitchen pays homage to and celebrates Singaporeans’ favourite foods, and traditional hawker culture and cuisine of our “native” land.
The cuisine showcased will feature elevated iterations of local favourites that originate from across the region. Guests can Eat Like A Local and enjoy favourites like Singapore Laksa, Native Kitchen Nasi Lemak, Prawn Noodles, and more, taken to the next level with premium ingredients of the likes of lobster, Kurobuta pork, jumbo tiger prawns, and much more.
Native Kitchen also serves western comforts like the Native Kitchen Big Burger, artisanal pizzas and pastas and even a curated menu for the little ones.
